For Daily Wellness: Take 1-2 teaspoons each morning to strengthen immunity.
Feel a Cold Coming On: Take 1-2 teaspoons up to three times daily at the first sign of illness.
In Recipes: Mix fire cider into dressings, marinades, or teas for a healthful twist.
Recipe 1: Classic Immune-Boosting Fire Cider
This classic recipe brings together the tried-and-true ingredients for immunity and vitality. Its spicy but it works to kick that sickness to the curb.
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh horseradish root, grated
1/2 cup fresh ginger root, grated
1/2 cup onion, chopped
10 garlic cloves, minced
2 jalapeños, chopped
2 lemons, zested and juiced
1 orange, zested and juiced
1 tbsp turmeric powder or fresh turmeric root
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp black peppercorns
1/4 cup raw honey (to taste)
Apple cider vinegar (to cover)
Combine ingredients in a large jar, cover with apple cider vinegar, and let steep for 4-6 weeks in a cool, dark place. Strain, stir in honey, and refrigerate.

Recipe 2: Gut-Healing Fire Cider
For families focusing on digestion, this gut-friendly version is gentle yet effective.

2 tbsp chamomile flowers
1/4 cup raw honey (optional)
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar with "the mother"

Apple cider vinegar (to cover)
